Delivery/Shipping

We offer free delivery worldwide. Your order/s are dispatched within 3 working days, Monday and Friday.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order we will be happy to offer exchange, refund or replacement on all item/s returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date of the item/s. The returned item/s must be in its original packaging, new, unworn and unaltered with the all original tags attached.

Exchange Terms

In the case of an exchange, please inform us of your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for returning item/s. We will e-mail you within 3 working days to acknowledge the procedure for returns. Iggy Morris reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped within 3 working days.

Please note Iggy Morris is not responsible for the second redelivery charge.

Refund Terms

Once your package has been received, you refund will be issued within 5 working days in the original form of payment. Please be advised that in case of return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.

And according to our company policy we are unable to offer refund on sale items.
